All HYPAC Systems carry this Full-Year No Charge Guarantee. It's your assurance of quality and lasting satisacation. Should any HYPAC component prove defective within one (1) year after the date of original purchase, HYPAC Inc. will provide replacement equipment free of charge, provided that the unit is found, upon inspection, to be defective in material and/or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to units inoperative because of misuse, neglect, or accident; neither does it apply where the unit has been repaired or altered outside of our factory or authorized repair station, in any way, which in our judgement, affects its condition or operation. The manufacturer, HYPAC Inc., reserves the right to make engineering changes, additions, or improvements upon its current product without obligation to install same upon its products previously manufactured. Defective HYPAC power units within warranty, must be removed from the system, properly packaged, and shipped prepaid to our repair station, for repair or replacement. If found defective, the repair station will return the repaired units, or replacement, transportation charges prepaid. |
